devmesh ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle and safeguard the information collected from users ("you" or "your") of our applications and services, including mobile applications, web services, and other digital products developed by devmesh. Which Apps This Applies To

This policy covers every devmesh application. Because our apps differ in what they do, the table below states which sections apply to which app. Where an app is listed as containing no advertising and collecting no data, the advertising and third-party sections of this policy do not apply to it at all.

Math Minute contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking of any kind. It collects no data. All quiz history, student profiles and achievements are stored on the device itself, and the app makes no network requests other than to the platform app store to process its one-time in-app purchase.

SeerrTV contains no advertising and no analytics. It communicates only with the Overseerr or Jellyseerr server that you configure it to use.

Information We Collect

We respect your privacy. Our solutions may collect non-personal data internally to improve user experience. This data remains strictly on your device and is used for operational purposes.

Pickleball Mixer uses a third-party service, Google AdMob, to serve advertisements. This applies to that app only. AdMob may collect information, including but not limited to:

• Device information (e.g., device ID, operating system)
• Location data (if permitted)
• App usage data
• IP address

This information may be used to deliver personalized ads based on your interests.

Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob to serve ads in Pickleball Mixer. No other devmesh application contains advertising or any third-party SDK that collects data. AdMob, a service provided by Google, may collect and use data in accordance with their own privacy policies. For more information, please visit:

How We Use Your Information

Any non-personal data collected locally is used solely to enhance the user experience, such as tracking progress, providing feedback on performance, and personalizing learning.

Data collected by third-party ad networks (like AdMob) may be used to provide relevant advertising and improve their services.

In-App Purchases

Math Minute and Pickleball Mixer each offer a single one-time in-app purchase; neither is a subscription. In Math Minute it unlocks further operations, number ranges and quiz lengths. In Pickleball Mixer it permanently removes advertising, after which no advertisements are shown.

Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see, receive or store your payment details. The only thing recorded is whether the purchase was made, and that record is kept on your device.

Data Security

Data generated by our applications is stored locally on the user's device. The security of this data relies on the inherent security features of the device and its operating system.

Data collected by third-party services is handled according to their respective security practices.

Compliance with Privacy Laws

We prioritize compliance with privacy laws including:

• COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) – Our apps directed at children, including Math Minute, contain no advertising and collect no personal information whatsoever. In any app that does serve advertising, personalized advertising is disabled for users under 13.
• PIPEDA (Canada) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws

We do not directly collect, use, or disclose any personal information ourselves. Data used by third-party providers (e.g., AdMob) is subject to their privacy policies.

User Rights

Since we do not directly collect personal information, specific rights related to personal data (e.g., access, correction, deletion) may not apply to us. However, if you have concerns related to third-party services used within our apps, we are happy to assist or direct you to the relevant provider.
